Please note the free delivery charge applies to around 95% of the UK, but some UK postcodes carry a delivery surcharge – in this instance we will contact you and advise you of this.
For any reason you change your mind about any rug that you have received from us or you would like to complain about any matter that has occurred please email us: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and full address/transaction details. We offer 14 Days Return Policy as long as the rug has not been used, is undamaged and in its original packaging, you may return it to us at:
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL DEDUCT OUR COST OF DELIVERY AND ADMINISTRATION (NORMALLY £19-99 DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE RUG) FROM YOUR PURCHASE PRICE AND REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. THE COST OF SENDING THE RUG TO US WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Once our customer service team has inspected the rug to ensure that it is in its original state your refund will be processed. All Money back guarantees will be refunded within 7-14 Working days after inspection – this can sometimes take a little bit longer to show up on your account due to processing by the banks.
Picked Up Items
Here at Rug-Shop.net we don't mind if you would like to pick the item up yourself, if you prefer to pick the Item up yourself please email us at info@-rug-shop.net. Email us and we shall evaluate the product and see if we can provide a discounted price in order to save you money. However please note any pick up order require a deposit in which payments can be made through our telephone payment service. Once payment has been concluded we shall arrange a date and time of your appointment to pick up the rug. Please note Failure to attend an appointment shall enclose a small admin charge of £5.00 per meetings missed.
If you failed to pick up your item within 3 meeting attempts or do not notify us within 24 hours then your deposit shall not be refunded. Any deposit refunded shall be charged an admin fee of £20.00 an admin charge of £5.00 per meetings missed in which you shall be refunded the difference.
